The Hantech installation kit HNT-MOK14-12-M4 includes 4 m of insulated copper pipework (1/4″ and 1/2″), union nuts, a condensate hose and a wall bracket for split outdoor units weighing up to 60 kg. The 1/2″ suction line is generally required for systems from 24,000 BTU upwards.

What’s included

Installation kit for split air conditioners connecting the outdoor and indoor units, including a wall bracket. Universally suitable for split outdoor units weighing up to 60 kg; mounting arms 470 mm long and 50 mm wide. Insulated copper pipes (1/4″ and 1/2″). Flexible PVC spiral condensate hose (Ø 19 mm), for direct connection to indoor units. The kit is universal and suitable for various brands – please ensure you select the correct connections.

When 4 m is the right length

The 4-metre version provides some leeway if the outdoor unit is not mounted directly behind the indoor unit, for example round a corner or beneath a window. The pipe should not be too long: any excess pipe will need to be routed. The 3-metre set is shorter, whilst the 5-metre set is longer.

The pipes form part of the refrigerant circuit. Connection, leak testing and commissioning must be carried out by certified specialists in accordance with the F-Gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573; for more information, see the page on professional installation of air conditioners.
