Payment Methods
You pay for your order during the checkout process. Our payment service provider, Mollie, handles the transaction; your payment information is entered there and is not stored by us.

Amount Limits
Credit cards and Apple Pay are available for orders up to 10,000 €, Klarna up to 2,000 €. If your order total exceeds these amounts, please select PayPal or bank transfer.
Bank Transfer
When paying by bank transfer, you will receive the bank details after placing your order. Please include the specified payment reference so we can match your payment to your order. We will ship your order as soon as the payment is received.
Pickup
For pickup in Karlsruhe, you can pay in advance during the ordering process or pay in cash on site. We’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
No surcharges, no discounts
The prices shown are final. There are no surcharges or discounts based on the selected payment method.
