To optimize loading times, we use a Content Delivery Network (CDN). Data (e.g., IP address) may be processed via servers outside the EU. Cooperation is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

2. Data Processing for Contract Performance and Contact

2.1 Contract Performance

We process personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). After the contract is completed, your data will be stored in accordance with statutory retention periods and then deleted.

2.2 Customer Account

When opening a customer account, data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). The account can be deleted at any time.

2.3 Contacting Us

If you contact us (e.g., via form or email), we process your details to handle the inquiry in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

3. Shipping Processing

To fulfill the contract, we pass on your data to shipping service providers (e.g., DHL, UPS, GLS, Schenker) to the extent necessary for delivery.

4. Payment Processing

For payment processing, we work with payment service providers (e.g., Klarna, PayOne, PayPal). They only receive the data necessary for processing. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

4.1 Payment processing via Mollie

We use the payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands (hereinafter ‘Mollie’) to process payments in our online shop. If you select a payment method offered via Mollie during the ordering process, the following data will be transmitted to Mollie: your name, your billing address, your email address, the order amount and your payment details.

The processing of this data serves the purpose of payment processing and thus the fulfilment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Insofar as we are subject to statutory retention obligations, the processing is also carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. Processing for the purpose of fraud prevention is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in protecting ourselves against fraud.
