We ship within Germany. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. All prices include the applicable value-added tax.

Free shipping
- Package shipments up to 30 kg for orders of €75 or more
- Shipments up to 120 kg for orders of €1,500 or more
- We deliver battery storage with free shipping
Solar panels are excluded from free shipping; if your order includes solar panels, the weight-based shipping rates apply to the entire shipment.
Pickup
Pickup is free of charge: Wikingerstraße 10, 76189 Karlsruhe, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Please do not pick up your order until we have confirmed that it is ready for pickup.
Delivery Time
Please refer to the respective product page for delivery times. For shipments via a freight carrier, a delivery date will be scheduled with you prior to delivery.
