PV Complete Sets without Battery
These complete PV kits consist of solar panels and a hybrid inverter, but do not include battery storage. The electricity is consumed in the home as soon as it is generated; any surplus is fed into the grid. As the inverter is a hybrid unit, a storage system can be added at a later date.
Four sizes with the same configuration
All four sets feature Trina Vertex S+ 470 W modules and the Growatt SPH 10000TL3 BH UP inverter, plus the ShineWiLan-X2 Wi-Fi stick for monitoring via an app. They differ only in the number of modules:

The surface areas apply to the modules alone, each module measuring 1,762 × 1,134 mm; clearances to the roof edge, windows and chimney must be added. One module weighs 21 kg. The Vertex S+ are glass-glass modules with TOPCon cells, a black frame and an efficiency of 23.5 per cent; Trina offers a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty.
The inverter and the storage system for later
The SPH 10000TL3 BH UP is a three-phase hybrid inverter with a rated power of 10 kW and two MPP trackers – that is, two separately controlled module strings, suitable for east- and west-facing roofs, for example. According to the manufacturer, it works in conjunction with the high-voltage battery system ARK from Growatt; ARK battery modules are listed under Storage solutions for inverters. The kit does not include the mounting structure or solar cables. These depend on the roof type and cable routing and can be found under Mounting Structures and in the ‘PV Installation Materials’ section. A system of this size must be registered with the grid operator and entered in the market master data register prior to commissioning; the grid connection is carried out by a qualified electrician.
