Professional Installation of Your Air Conditioner

To ensure your split air conditioner is installed properly, we require written proof that you have commissioned a certified specialist company. The installation does not need to have been completed at this point.

How it works

1. Add your air conditioning kit to the shopping cart and submit your order.
2. You will receive an email from us requesting proof of installation.
3. Reply with the written order confirmation from your certified specialist company. The document must clearly state the contracted company and the corresponding installation.
4. After successful verification, you will receive our explicit order acceptance. Shipping will then take place in accordance with the agreed-upon payment and delivery terms.

Haven’t hired a certified contractor yet?

Please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to explain which documents we need. The contractor’s services and installation costs are not automatically included in the purchase of the air conditioning kit. You can reach us via the contact page.

Why we need proof of installation

For the split air conditioners in question, which are filled with fluorinated refrigerants, proof of installation is a legal requirement for the sale. A general statement that you will hire a specialized contractor later is not sufficient for this purpose. This requirement is based on Article 11(7) of EU Regulation 2024/573 and Section 15(3) of the ChemKlimaschutzV.

You can identify which units are affected by the note on the product page and by the confirmation you provide during the ordering process. Devices without a refrigerant circuit are not affected, such as portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers.
