What you can expect from us
At ACTEC you order photovoltaic, air-conditioning and heating equipment online and have it delivered as a parcel or by freight forwarder. You can also collect your order yourself in Karlsruhe once we have confirmed that it is ready.
The product pages list the technical data so that you can compare devices and choose the right one. If you have a question about a product, delivery or a return, our team will help you by phone or via the contact form. We do not offer an assembly or installation service of our own: installation is carried out by a specialist company of your choice. For split air conditioners, the law requires a certified specialist company.
