Stäubli Crimping Pliers - PV-CZM - 32.6020-60100

The Stäubli crimping tool PV-CZM-60100 (32.6020-60100) crimps contacts from the connector ranges MC4 and MC4-Evo 2 using a single crimping die. According to the manufacturer’s catalogue, it is ‘size 2’ for cross-sections of 4, 6 and 10 mm².

What the pliers can do

The crimping tool combines MC4 and MC4-Evo 2 in a single tool. It is designed for all open B-crimps and is not suitable for closed crimp contacts. The 4, 6 and 10 mm² cross-sections are processed in the same way. TÜV Rheinland-certified and UL-recognised component. A registered design feature embosses traceability information into every single crimp joint.

The manufacturer expressly points out that closed crimp contacts will be rendered unusable when used with these pliers. The crimp marking indicates the conductor cross-section, crimp height and width, allowing each connection to be checked retrospectively.
