In the event of a power outage, the inverter automatically switches to emergency power mode and continues to reliably supply your home with electricity. With its future-proof “Battery-Ready” architecture, it is the perfect choice for a flexible and independent energy supply for larger households and small businesses.

With 3 independent “MPPT” inputs, this inverter offers maximum flexibility for complex roof orientations and demanding PV systems. In addition, the inverter features an OLED display and can be monitored via Wi-Fi using optional accessories, enabling effortless system monitoring.

With its comprehensive protection measures—such as DC reverse polarity protection, Type II surge protection for both the AC and DC sides, and ground fault monitoring—the MOD 15KTL3-HU offers the highest level of safety. Its robust design with an IP IP66-rated enclosure makes it resistant to environmental influences.

Comprehensive Protection Mechanisms

The MOD 15KTL3-HU is equipped with numerous protection functions, including DC reverse polarity protection, a DC switch, Type II surge protection for both the DC and AC sides, and a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). The activatable AFCI (Arc-Fault Circuit Interrupter) function also protects against fire-hazardous arcing.

Flexible Application Scenarios

The inverter supports various operating scenarios, such as pure grid feeding, self-consumption optimization with battery storage, partial emergency power supply for critical loads, or a complete home emergency power supply. In addition, up to five MOD TL3-HU inverters can be connected in parallel to accommodate larger systems.
