The Growatt APX 98020-P1 is a high-performance battery management system (BMS) for the APX high-voltage storage series. It provides reliable control and monitoring for up to three APX 5.0P-B1 battery modules (5–15 kWh). It protects the batteries from adverse conditions and ensures they operate efficiently and safely under all operating conditions.
With a maximum charge/discharge power of 7.5 kW, the APX 98020-P1 enables flexible and high-performance integration into grid-connected PV systems.
The BMS features a robust IP66-protection rating, natural cooling, and easy wall- or floor-mounting. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and supports communication protocols such as CAN and RS485 for seamless integration with hybrid inverters.
By monitoring cell voltage, temperature, SOC, SOH, and system current, the APX 98020-P1 ensures the long-term stability, safety, and efficiency of the storage unit.
