Stäubli Crimp Contact MC4 Male - PV-SP4/6 - 32.0507P0100

PV-SP4/6 (Stäubli 32.0507P0100) According to the manufacturer’s data sheet, the plug contact – i.e. the male crimp contact – is from the original MC4 range for a cable cross-section of 4 to 6 mm². It is rated at 39 A at a nominal voltage of 1 kV.

Application

The contact is crimped onto the stripped conductor and snapped into the housing of an MC4 coupling plug. This allows plugs to be assembled on site or damaged contacts to be replaced. It is important that the contact, conductor cross-section and locator on the crimping tool are compatible; otherwise, the crimp will not be secure. Its counterpart for the socket side is the socket contact PV-BP4/6.
