The Hantech installation kit HNT-MOK14-38-M3 connects the indoor and outdoor units of a split air conditioner: insulated copper pipes (1/4″ and 3/8″, each 3 m long), union nuts, a condensate hose and a wall bracket for the outdoor unit. According to the description, it is suitable for systems with 9,000, 12,000 and 18,000 BTU.

What’s in the set

Installation kit for split air conditioners, connecting the outdoor and indoor units, including a wall bracket. Universal: suitable for split outdoor units weighing up to 60 kg; the mounting arms are 470 mm long and 50 mm wide. Insulated copper pipes (1/4″ and 3/8″) including union nuts, each 3 m long. Flexible PVC condensate spiral hose (Ø 19 mm) for direct connection to the indoor unit.

The correct pipe combination

Split systems have a thin liquid line and a thicker suction line. The 1/4″ + 3/8″ combination is standard for lower capacities. The connections on your unit are specified in the data sheet for the indoor or outdoor unit; for larger systems, the 1/4″ + 1/2″ installation kit is available.
