Solplanet Current Transformer ESCT-T36 - 200/5A - 260-200004-00

The Solplanet current transformer ESCT-T36 (260-200004-00) is a clip-on current transformer from the Eastron series ESCT-T with a ratio of 200:5 A. It measures the alternating current in a conductor without contact and transmits it as a secondary current of 5 A to a measuring instrument.

How the transformer works

The split-core current transformers in the Solplanet Eastron ESCT-T series are designed for quick and easy installation. The split-core design enables non-contact current measurements via magnetic field induction, without the need to disconnect the primary conductor for installation. This makes measurement safer and simpler.

According to the data sheet, it is suitable for measuring alternating current to motors, lighting or air conditioners, and for energy management and building automation systems.
