SoliTek has tested its modules with the Alumero CLICK 6.8 clamps. Use at least 4 clamps to secure the modules to the mounting rails. The metal parts of the module clamps should not come into contact with the front or back of the glass. When choosing this clamp-fastening method, at least four clamps should be attached to each module; two clamps should be fastened to each long side. Depending on local wind and snow loads, additional clamps may be required to ensure that the modules can support the load.

The torque to be applied should comply with the mechanical design standard, depending on the screw used by the customer. It is recommended to use only certified equipment for PV system installation.

The tightening torque for the Alumero CLICK 6.8 clamps should be at least 15 Nm, but no more than 20 Nm. Typically, a value of 15 Nm is achieved when two aluminum profiles are in contact with each other. When using other mounting clamps, please follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
