No back sheet, no PID

SoliTek manufactures photovoltaic modules in Europe and consistently relies on glass-glass construction. The core rationale behind this decision is the elimination of the back sheet: glass does not age, does not yellow, and is impervious to moisture. This eliminates the most common cause of PID (Potential Induced Degradation).

The product portfolio extends beyond standard rooftops: bifacial modules, glare-free versions for use near airports and transportation hubs, full-black modules, agri-PV, and transparent modules for carports and canopies.

Recyclability is built in, not an afterthought

SoliTek designs the modules so that they can be disassembled at the end of their life cycle — as confirmed by Cradle-to-Cradle certification. In tenders with sustainability criteria, this is an argument that can be substantiated rather than merely claimed.

SoliTek at ACTEC

ACTEC carries SoliTek modules for residential customers and specialized contractors. Because the modules are often used in challenging projects—agrivolts, carports, special applications—it pays to pair them with inverters that allow for flexible string layouts.
