BRC BRClamp Mounting Accessories
The BRC BRClamp is the custom-designed mounting solution for securely attaching BRC Power Optimizers directly to the module frame. Made of high-quality, 1.5 mm thick stainless steel, it provides a durable and corrosion-resistant connection for your PV system.
The well-thought-out design features specific embossments for a form-fit connection: One side is optimized for optimal contact with the PV module frame, while the opposite side (“optimizer-facing side”) fits perfectly into the recess of the optimizer.
Thanks to the included M12x16 special screw with a serrated flange, a permanent fixation is achieved that does not loosen even under vibrations or thermal cycling.
Important installation note: Installation is straightforward—simply tighten the screw to a torque of 9 Nm. Make sure the screw does not touch the back of the PV module to prevent damage.
