Multi Split Air Conditioner Sets - H-Pro Series

The multi-split sets here combine an outdoor unit with two, three or four wall-mounted units from Hantech or TCL. This clarifies which indoor units are compatible with the outdoor unit. You choose based on the number of rooms and the capacity required for each room.

Which set is right for your rooms

The capacity is selected on a per-room basis. According to the technical data sheet, an indoor unit with 9,000 BTU has a nominal cooling capacity of 2.6 kW, whilst one with 12,000 BTU has a capacity of 3.4 kW. The larger units are best suited to rooms with a high heat load, such as a living room with large south-facing windows or an attic room. Bedrooms and children’s rooms usually only need 9,000 BTU.

For two rooms, there are the 18,000-BTU sets, comprising two small or two large indoor units. The combination of two 12,000 BTU units is also available with the 27,000-BTU outdoor unit, which provides greater capacity for both rooms simultaneously. For three rooms, the 27,000-BTU sets from Hantech and TCL are suitable; for four rooms, the 32,000-BTU set from Hantech is recommended.

What’s included in the set and what else you’ll need

According to the scope of delivery, each set consists of the outdoor unit and the indoor units. All indoor units can be controlled via remote control and Wi-Fi. Refrigerant pipes and the bracket for the outdoor unit are not included in the set. According to the data sheet, the indoor units are connected using a 1/4-inch liquid line and a 3/8-inch gas line. Wall brackets for the outdoor unit and other installation materials for air conditioners are available in separate categories. The outdoor units weigh between 34 and 68 kg, depending on their size.

The sets are supplied only in the specified combination; we do not sell individual indoor or outdoor units. Installation, charging and commissioning are carried out by a certified specialist company, and you must provide proof of their engagement at the time of purchase. Which set do I need for three rooms?

A set comprising one 27,000-BTU outdoor unit and three indoor units, each rated at 9,000 BTU, available from Hantech H-Pro or TCL BreezeIN. For four rooms, there is the Hantech set with 32,000 BTU and four indoor units.

Are the refrigerant pipes included in the set?

No. The set consists of an outdoor unit and indoor units. Pipes and brackets are supplied separately; the connection sizes (1/4 and 3/8 inch) are specified in the data sheet.

Can I swap out the indoor units in a set?

No. The sets are only supplied in the specified configuration. You should therefore choose the set whose indoor units are suitable for your rooms.
